Completely re-built KP Single Acting 9 Head UTC Gasser
Removed all undercap heads and metering cylinders from the machine
Removed dial housing from base and inspected ring gear and cam. Both are in good condition
Removed pinion shaft and replaced both top and bottom bearings
Removed and replaced both upper and lower starwheel shaft bearings
Replaced upper and lower post bushing in the dial housing
Reinstalled dial housing onto base unit and installed all posts with new cam followers. Also installed new oil seals in dial housing above top post bushings
Rebuilt all undercap heads and metering cylinders. Replaced with all new seals and teflon encapsulated “O” rings
Installed new hydraulic hoses for each head
Installed rebuilt cylinders and heads back on machine
